Two nights of concerts at the Huriel municipal stadium
On Friday, July 3rd and Saturday, July 4th, 2026, the Huriel municipal stadium on Rue de la République will once again host Festimusic. The festival keeps its classic format: two open-air evenings, a single stage, doors opening at 7:00 PM, and music running until midnight. The Triofestif association, which has run the event since its inception, is once again handling the organization with the help of its volunteers.
A lineup featuring familiar faces and cover bands
The 2026 program blends television stars with regional acts. Cécilia Pascal, a former contestant on The Voice, and Magali Ripoll, a backing singer from the show N'oubliez pas les paroles, bring a pop-vocal flair to the stage. The rock side of things is covered by AC/DÇU, an Auvergne-based tribute band formed in 2003 that performs AC/DC classics with a healthy dose of humor, and On The Road, a Montluçon-based group specializing in rock and hard rock hits from the 1970s to today. Kitch United will be spinning the best hits from the 80s to the 2000s in a fun, retro atmosphere, while Nessie rounds out the vocal performances and DJ Nelio keeps the party going both nights.
A village festival accessible to everyone
Festimusic stays true to its budget-friendly roots: 5 euros per night, with free entry for children under 1.20m. Tickets are available at the gate or online via the Triofestif association's HelloAsso page. A bar and food stalls will be available on-site throughout the festival. Radio RMB, the local station for the Montluçon basin, is the exclusive radio partner for this edition and will be giving away tickets during their morning shows in the days leading up to the event.

A friendly festival in the heart of Bourbonnais
Born in 2018 from the energy of a group of enthusiasts united within the association Triofestif, Festimusic quickly established itself as a major musical event in the Montluçon area. Every first weekend of July, the Louis Cotineau stadium in Huriel, a small town in the Allier region nestled between Montluçon and the Tronçais forest, transforms into a party venue where families, groups of friends, and music lovers from all walks of life meet.
An eclectic and accessible program
The strength of Festimusic lies in the diversity of its programming. Over the years, the festival has hosted artists covering a wide musical spectrum: rock with Wazoo and The Black Sheeps, pop with Justine Bastianelli, Celtic music with Les Green Lads, dancehall with Collectif Métissé, or electro with sets by DJ Toni Mata. Les Humeurs Cérébrales, a local band with overflowing energy, have become regulars on the Huriel stage. In 2025, for its 6th edition, the festival has pulled out all the stops by programming the Génération Hit Machine 90 tour, bringing together Larusso, Benny B, Billy Crawford, and Boris, alongside local artists like Red Wire, Marion Nogueira, and Aurélien de Carolis.
Local roots and a family atmosphere
Festimusic cultivates a spirit of proximity and accessibility that makes it unique. Prices remain deliberately modest — a few euros per evening — to allow as many people as possible to enjoy the concerts. The festival also offers on-site catering, refreshment stands, and, in some years, a fireworks display that lights up the Huriel sky during the national holiday period.
The event benefits from the support of local authorities and the region's associative dynamism. The Triofestif association, driven by dedicated volunteers, organizes a human-sized festival every year where conviviality is paramount. The outdoor setting of the municipal stadium, surrounded by greenery, offers a pleasant space to enjoy long summer evenings filled with music and sharing.
A festival in full ascent
Since its creation, Festimusic has continued to grow. Expanding from a single evening in 2018 to two full days of programming, the festival now attracts a loyal audience that extends far beyond the municipal boundaries of Huriel. Each edition further strengthens the identity of this event, which contributes to the cultural influence and attractiveness of northern Allier, proving that it is possible to create a quality festival in a rural area.
