About Festival de Kleg
Festival de Kleg — edition 2026
The 39th edition of the Festival de Kleg was held from May 7 to 9, 2026, in Cléguérec, in central Brittany. Three days of fest-noz, concerts, and hybrid performances on two stages — the Scène Riboul (fest-noz) and the Scène Souken (concerts) — featuring about twenty groups and formations, all organized by the En Arwen association, which celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2026.
39th Edition — Festival de Kleg 2026
The Festival de Kleg took place from May 7 to 9, 2026, in Cléguérec, at the sports complex and in the town center, for three days of traditional Breton music in dialogue with world sounds. The 2026 edition coincided with the 40th anniversary of the organizing association En Arwen, and the program highlighted groups that have marked the festival's history, blending fest-noz, concerts, and hybrid creations.
Two Complementary Stages
The festival unfolded on two stages during the two main evenings: the Scène Riboul dedicated to traditional fest-noz, and the Scène Souken dedicated to concerts and electric or experimental formations. On Thursday, May 7, the opening night featured a more intimate format with a sung meal and the Kerbedig concert.
A Festival for Dance and Trance
Designed for dancing, the Festival de Kleg annually brings together experienced and novice dancers in a popular and friendly atmosphere. The fest-noz, inscribed on UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage list, remains the heart of the event. Admission is free for children under 15 (with reservation), and the Pass Culture is accepted. The site is open every evening from 5:45 PM to 3:30 AM.

The Festival de Kleg: when central Brittany dances
For nearly 40 years, the Festival de Kleg has been a must-attend event for lovers of traditional music and dance in Brittany. Organized by the association En Arwen, the festival takes over the town of Cléguérec, in the heart of Morbihan, every spring for three days of music, dance, and conviviality.
A program dedicated to dance and trance
The Festival de Kleg offers a program that blends traditional Breton music with sounds from elsewhere: world music, jazz, experimental music, and hybrid creations. This artistic openness, while remaining rooted in tradition, offers a rich and inventive musical panorama that makes the festival unique.
Fest-noz and concerts
The fest-noz, these traditional Breton balls inscribed in UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage, are at the heart of the festival. They take place every evening on the fest-noz stage, bringing together experienced and novice dancers in an electric atmosphere. In parallel, the concert stage hosts more experimental groups and original musical proposals.
A family-friendly and popular festival
The Festival de Kleg cultivates a family-friendly and accessible atmosphere. A show for young audiences is offered each year, and admission is free for children under 15. The singing meal, a moment of conviviality around the table, is a festival tradition. Competitions and singing workshops complete the program.
Three days, two stages, twenty groups
Each edition brings together around 22 groups and formations, a bagad (Breton music ensemble), a DJ, and numerous duos and soloists, spread across two stages over three days. The festival offers a mix of styles and energies that makes Cléguérec the musical epicenter of central Brittany for a weekend.
