About Those Bretons are crazy!
"Ils sont fous ces Bretons!" brings the Domaine départemental de Trévarez to life this autumn with a celebration of Breton music, food, and games. The Finistère Événements association hosts two days of concerts and activities right in the heart of the château's park, blending the fresh Breton air with local traditions.

Friday, October 2nd, 2026
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM — Professional Day: industry welcome, conferences, and networking
- 4:00 PM — Doors open to the general public
- 5:00 PM — Concerts begin: Manau, Kervegans, Bardix Le Gaulois, Jean-Louis & Co ("Téléphone Tribute"), Plantec, Plouz & Foen, Wepa Wepa, Aziliz Manrow Full Band
- Evening — Fireworks display
Saturday, October 3rd, 2026
- 2:00 PM — Doors open to the general public; family afternoon in front of the castle: bouncy castles, Breton crepe contest, palet tournament, free tennis and volleyball introductory sessions
- Afternoon — Food and drinks, traditional Breton games, entertainment, and continuous stages
- Evening — Concerts on the Main Stage: punk-maritime music, Celtic rock, followed by Nerzh (a 50-musician fusion of Red Cardell and Bagad Quimper), French chanson, and reggae, followed by pop-rock sets and DJs until the early hours; featuring Gold, Celkilt, DJ Demi Sel BZH, Doolin', Jean-Charles Guichen, Les Saumons Fumés, and Moundrag
- Midnight — Fireworks over the castle

The festival takes place at the Domaine départemental de Trévarez in Saint-Goazec. Free shuttle services are available from Châteauneuf-du-Faou. The estate, its gardens, and its experimental farm remain open to visitors throughout both days.
