Festival Insolent: The essential contemporary music event in the Lorient region
Since its creation in 1994 in Quimper, Festival Insolent has traveled through Brittany before settling permanently at the Parc des Expositions de Lanester, on the outskirts of Lorient. This touring festival has made stops in Morlaix, Brest, Vannes, and Landerneau before finding its home port in the Lorient area.
Two collections per year
The originality of Festival Insolent lies in its format of two annual "collections": a spring edition and an autumn edition. Each collection offers a full lineup over an intense day, with concerts running on two stages at the Parc des Expositions. This format allows for regular renewal of the programming and fosters loyalty among an audience eager for musical discoveries.
An eclectic and bold program
Festival Insolent stands out for the diversity of its programming, which does not hesitate to mix genres and aesthetics. From rock to reggae, from hip-hop to electro, from world music to unclassifiable discoveries, each collection offers a rich and surprising musical panorama. Two stages for a total experience
The Grand Hall hosts the headliners and large-scale concerts, while the Petit Hall offers a more intimate program focused on discovery. This setup allows festival-goers to move between the two stages throughout the day.

Festival Insolent — Autumn Collection 2026
The Festival Insolent sets up its Autumn Collection on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at the Parc des Expositions de Lorient, in Lanester. True to its format, this edition offers an eclectic evening spread across two stages, featuring eight groups and maximum energy.
The 2026 lineup navigates between French rap, electro, reggae, and chanson: Assassin, Deluxe, Dub Inc, Mosimann, Sniper, Suzane, Zentone, and Gurvan.
Doors open at 4:00 PM for an evening until 11:55 PM. Tickets are available on the official website, at usual points of sale, and on Pass Culture.

Practical Information
Access and transport
By car: The Parc des Expositions de Lanester is accessible from the RN165 expressway. Follow signs for Lanester, then Parc des Expositions. Free parking is available on site.
By train: Lorient station is served by TGV from Paris-Montparnasse (3h30) and TER Bretagne. The Parc des Expositions is accessible by bus from the station.
Festival venue
The festival takes place at the Parc des Expositions de Lanester, with two concert halls: the Grand Hall and the Petit Hall.
Ticketing
Tickets are available on the official festival website, at usual points of sale, and via the Pass Culture. Ticketing opens several months before each edition.
Access conditions
Minors under 17 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Payment on site by cash and credit card.
