Every year in March, the town of Moulins-Engilbert, in the heart of southern Morvan, hosts the Festival No Mad, an original musical event dedicated to folk, traditional, and musical exploration music. In an intimate and warm atmosphere, the festival brings together musicians and enthusiasts around a shared passion for traditional music.

The Festival No Mad is experiencing growing popularity. In 2024, the opening night was sold out, a sign of the public's interest in this winter musical event. The choice of March, at the beginning of spring, allows for a cultural event outside the summer festival season, thus enlivening the Morvan winter.
The Festival No Mad is part of the remarkable cultural dynamism of Moulins-Engilbert, a town that also hosts the Moulins en Scène festival in the summer and La Ronde des Arts en Morvan in August. This cultural richness reflects the associative vitality and the commitment of the inhabitants of this small Morvan town to culture and performing arts.

By car: Moulins-Engilbert is located in the south of Morvan, 60 km from Nevers via the D978 and 45 km from Autun. Free parking in town. In March, Morvan roads can be snowy, check conditions before leaving.
By carpooling: Carpooling is recommended. Check folk and trad social networks to find carpools to the festival.
Concerts and dances take place in the halls of Moulins-Engilbert. Specific locations will be announced with the program for each edition.
