Festival Plein Air was born in 2021 with the ambition of creating a major electronic music event in Northern France. Located at the Parc de Loisirs Jacques Vernier in Douai, by a lake, this festival offers a unique natural setting just 20 minutes from Lille for two days of open-air celebration.

4 stages for all electro styles

The festival features 4 stages offering a diversity of electronic styles: house, techno, trance, disco, electro-pop, retro belge, and more. Each stage has its own sonic and visual identity, allowing festival-goers to move between different atmospheres throughout the day and night.

Over the years, Festival Plein Air has attracted nationally and internationally renowned artists. Festival Plein Air returns on June 27 and 28, 2026, at Parc Jacques Vernier in Douai. A major novelty: the festival is moving its dates from late August to late June to take advantage of the long summer evenings and offer new hours, from 4 PM to 2 AM on Saturday.

The lineup promises to be exceptional with artists such as Feder, Cerrone, Boys Noize, Acid Arab, Joris Delacroix, Roland Cristal, Odymel, DJ Furax, and The Mackenzie.

Access to the festival

By car

The Parc de Loisirs Jacques Vernier is located in Douai, accessible from the A21 motorway (Douai exit) or the A1 then the N50. The festival is about 30 minutes from Lille and 20 minutes from Lens. Free parking is available near the site. Carpooling is encouraged via dedicated platforms.

By train

Douai station is served by TER Hauts-de-France trains from Lille (approx. 25 minutes), Arras (20 min), Valenciennes (30 min), and Lens (15 min). Shuttles may be organized from the station on festival days. Check the official website for shuttle schedules.

By bus

Évéole bus network for travel within the Douai urban area.

Saturday: from 2 PM to midnight (classic edition) or from 4 PM to 2 AM (2026 edition)
Sunday: from 2 PM to midnight
