The City of Cachan is organizing its Fête de la Musique 2026 from Friday, June 19th to Sunday, June 21st, 2026 at Parc Raspail. The event, free and open to all, offers several highlights spread over the weekend, within the green setting of the departmental Parc Raspail.
Friday, June 19th, 2026: evening concerts
The Fête de la Musique kicks off on Friday evening with a program of concerts at Parc Raspail (official program to be announced).
Saturday, June 20th, 2026: open stage for young Cachan talents
For this 2026 edition, the City is inaugurating an open stage dedicated to young Cachan musicians and singers, amateurs, in groups or solo. Selected artists will perform from 6 PM to 9 PM, in 10 to 20-minute slots, with professional sound equipment and a technical team available on site.
- Target audience: amateur musicians and singers aged 12 to 30, who live, study, or work in Cachan
- All musical genres are welcome: urban music, pop, French chanson, soul, jazz, reggae, rock, DJ set
- Applications to be submitted to the cultural department before May 22nd, 2026 (two video or audio demos required)
Sunday, June 21st, 2026: National Fête de la Musique
On Sunday, June 21st, the official day of the Fête de la Musique in France, Cachan continues the festivities at Parc Raspail with a musical program (details to come on the official city website).

Kick-off of the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival) at Parc Raspail starting at 7 PM, with a lineup of artists with free access:
- David Lewis & Friends — trumpeter, pianist, and composer from Cachan (surrounded by five musicians and singer Jody Sternberg)
- Solann — female revelation of the Victoires de la Musique 2025, blending neo-folk and epic pop
- Mariam sings Amadou & Mariam — Mariam performs the repertoire of the famous Malian duo (« Beaux Dimanches », « Mon chéri »…)
Saturday, June 20, 2026
- Afternoon: local talents from Cachan on the Parc Raspail stage
- 6 PM - 9 PM: open stage reserved for young talents from Cachan (amateur musicians and singers aged 12 to 30, slots of 10 to 20 min, sound system and technical team on site)
Sunday, June 21, 2026 — National Fête de la Musique
Continuation of festivities at Parc Raspail in the afternoon, with Cachan's many musical talents.
All concerts and activities are free and open to the public. The City of Cachan also celebrates music from June 12 to 24, 2026, in several locations throughout the commune.
