On June 21st, Fontenay-aux-Roses celebrates music outdoors on several stages
Every June 21st, the City of Fontenay-aux-Roses opens its squares and neighborhoods to live music. Main stage at Place du Général-de-Gaulle, concerts in the neighborhood houses and at the foot of the RER stations: the Fête de la Musique brings together amateur and professional musicians for an evening of free and popular concerts.
Fontenay-aux-Roses (92260), nestled in the Bièvre valley in the heart of Hauts-de-Seine, is a town with a strong cultural identity. Every year on June 21st, it enthusiastically celebrates the Fête de la Musique, this national event that transforms public space into an open-air stage. The Maison de quartier des Paradis offers a more intimate program from 5 PM: groups like Had & Ka-Rapate with the Yin-Yang-Ka collective open the festivities in this lively community space.
