As every year, Mirande celebrates its patron saint festivities on August 15. In 2026, the event is scheduled for Saturday, August 15, from 9 AM to 11 PM, in the historic center of the bastide.
Program
The day will be a pedestrian day: the city center will be closed to traffic to make way for entertainment. You'll find the traditional market under the hall, the operation « Les Mirandais vident leurs greniers » (The people of Mirande empty their attics) — a giant street sale and flea market in the streets — as well as meals in the streets for lunch and dinner.
At the end of the day, a fashion show is offered between 7 PM and 8 PM on Place d'Astarac, followed by a night market. The festivities conclude with a free dance.
