The 2026 edition of the patronal festivals of Saint-Geours-de-Maremne promises another four days of festivities in the heart of Marensin. The Festival Committee is preparing a festive program with activities for all ages. The detailed program will be announced in spring 2026.

Access
By Car: Saint-Geours-de-Maremne is located on the N10 between Dax (20 km) and Bayonne (30 km), immediately near exit 10 of the A63 motorway. Free parking in the village center and around the Place du Prada. Signage is provided during the festival to guide visitors.
By Train: Saint-Geours-de-Maremne SNCF station on the Bordeaux-Bayonne line, served by TER Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The station is a 5-minute walk from the village center and the Place du Prada.
Location
Place du Prada and the village center of Saint-Geours-de-Maremne. Activities take place outdoors and under marquees set up for the occasion. The Place du Prada is the heart of the festivities, hosting the main stage, food stalls, and the dance area.
Typical Program
- Friday Evening: Official opening of the festival, welcome aperitif, and opening concert on the Place du Prada.
- Saturday: Daytime activities for families, craft market, festive Landes meal in the evening followed by a dance party.
- Sunday: Clown show and activities for children in the afternoon, belote tournament, grand fireworks display in the evening.
- Monday: Closing activities and a friendly gathering to end the festivities.
Prices
Free access to all street activities, concerts, and shows. Festive meals by reservation with the Festival Committee (Landes menu with local specialties, approximately 15 to 20 EUR per person).
Food and Drink
Meals organized under a marquee by the Festival Committee. Bars and fast-food stalls available on the square throughout the event. Landes specialties and local products from Marensin are featured.
Accommodation
Campsites, gîtes, and bed and breakfasts are available in Saint-Geours-de-Maremne and neighboring communes (Soustons, Tosse, Seignosse). The proximity to the Atlantic coast offers a wide choice of accommodation. Booking is recommended during the festival period.

Every year in mid-April, the commune of Saint-Geours-de-Maremne, nestled in the Marensin region between the ocean and the Landes forest, celebrates its patronal festivals in a festive and friendly atmosphere. In addition to the patronal festivals in April, Saint-Geours-de-Maremne also celebrates the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival) on June 21st with free open-air concerts on the Place du Prada, accompanied by food trucks and a relaxed summer atmosphere.
