Fresnes en Watt: Music at the Heart of Woëvre
Fresnes en Watt is a contemporary music festival that has marked the cultural history of Meuse. Created in 2000 by the association Vu d'un Œuf, this festival was, for over a decade, the meeting point for contemporary music lovers in the plain of Woëvre, in Fresnes-en-Woëvre.

The mission of Fresnes en Watt has always been to champion the diversity of contemporary music. The festival offered an eclectic program mixing:

By car: Fresnes-en-Woëvre is located about 20 km east of Verdun, in the Woëvre plain. The village is accessible via the D903 from Verdun or the D904 from Étain. Free parking is available in the village center, near the event venues.
By train: The nearest station is Verdun, served by TER Grand Est and accessible by TGV via the Meuse TGV station. From Verdun station, a car journey of about 25 minutes is necessary to reach Fresnes-en-Woëvre.
