Good Vibes: The Summer's Good Vibes in Rambouillet

Since 2024, the city of Rambouillet has been offering Good Vibes, a free musical and festive weekend that takes over the Place Thome-Patenôtre in the heart of summer. This unique event, designed for all ages, combines DJ sets, concerts, street food, dance classes, and light effects in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

A Weekend of Music and Entertainment

On Saturday, the festivities begin in the late afternoon with musical entertainment: karaoke, quizzes, outdoor activities, and live radio. The Turbodancing team (108 FM) sets the mood by playing a selection of music chosen by the public from hundreds of vinyl records. In the evening, Radio Boombox offers a DJ set with video animations projected on a part of the facade of La Lanterne, creating an urban sound and light show until midnight.

On Sunday, free collective dance classes are offered from the morning, followed by musical entertainment with a brass band and acoustic concerts until the late afternoon.

Street Food and Community Spirit

Food trucks take over the square throughout the weekend, offering a variety of food options: burgers, pizzas, vegetarian options, and sweet treats. The entire event is free and open to all, embodying the municipality's desire to offer an accessible summer moment of sharing for everyone.

An Event Rooted in Rambouillet's Cultural Policy

Good Vibes is part of Rambouillet's summer dynamic, alongside the Festival de la Bergerie and the events at the Château park. The Place Thome-Patenôtre, a vast esplanade in the heart of the city center, offers an ideal setting for these outdoor festivities, just a short walk from the train station and shops.
