Immersions Digitales is an annual festival organized by students from the MMI (Métiers du Multimédia et de l'Internet) department of IUT de Tarbes. This event offers an immersion into the world of digital and new technologies.
Various workshops and activities
The festival offers numerous activities:
- Video games: Discovery and demonstration of student creations
- Virtual reality: Immersive experiences with VR headsets
- Photo exhibitions: Presentations of photographic works
- Television studio: Discover the behind-the-scenes of audiovisual production
- Facade mapping: Spectacular visual projections
- Video productions: Short films and student video creations
A student audiovisual association
The association Les Immersions Digitales, created in 2018, is now affiliated with UTTOP (Université de Technologie Tarbes Occitanie Pyrénées). It covers university events (concerts, sports tournaments, conferences) and is launching a university web radio.
