Jazz ô Château, nicknamed "the smallest of the big festivals", is a contemporary jazz festival that takes place every spring between Tréveneuc and Saint-Quay-Portrieux. Created in 2016, it offers about ten days of concerts, master classes and meetings in various venues: the Château de Pommorio in Tréveneuc, the Congress Centre of Saint-Quay-Portrieux, the La Passerelle hall, the Salle de l'Escale and the bars of the seaside resort.
The Jazz ô Château program favors contemporary jazz, with a musical universe "mixing acoustic instruments and electronic effects". The festival invites emerging and established artists from the French and international jazz scene, offering concerts in intimate formats that encourage exchange between musicians and the public. Singing and instrument master classes complete the program, allowing amateurs to improve their skills with professionals.
The Château de Pommorio, an 18th-century residence nestled in a wooded park in Tréveneuc, is the main setting for the festival. Concerts are held there in an intimate and elegant setting, between historic lounges and gardens. Other venues — Congress Centre, bars and performance halls — host swing evenings, jazz balls and impromptu sessions, creating a festive and relaxed atmosphere throughout the seaside resort.
