ℹ️ In 2026, Nower Fest' becomes the Wingrow Festival. After two editions at the Parc des Promenades in Saint-Brieuc, the urban music event changes its identity while retaining its local and associative DNA, and will take place for the first time over two evenings (September 11th and 12th, 2026).
Now or Never: a festival born from passion
Nower Fest' was born in 2024 from the initiative of two young Briochins, aged 21 and 22. The name «Nower» is a blend of the English words «Now» and «Never», because the founders told themselves «it's now or never» when launching their project. This 100% associative festival brings together different cultures and generations around urban music.
Parc des Promenades in festival mode
Every year in September, the Parc des Promenades in Saint-Brieuc transforms into a festive space with a concert stage hosting about ten artists, DJ sets, a market of local creators, and original services (tattoo artists, graffiti artists, barbers, face gems).
A program that highlights the local scene
The musical program honors local and Breton artists, spanning rap, R&B, shatta, electro, house, and techno. Among the artists who participated in previous editions: Bolemvn, Chilla, DJ Ibo, and Bald; for the 2026 edition under the name Wingrow Festival, Kerchak, Redbirdket, and Oboy are announced.
An intergenerational festival
During the day, the event offers free activities open to all, with a mini-village of entertainment for families and children. In the evening, the main stage takes over for concerts and musical performances.
Nower Fest — edition 2026
The festival — now rebranded as Wingrow Festival (formerly Nower Fest') — will take place on September 11th and 12th, 2026, at the Parc des Promenades in Saint-Brieuc. This year, the event expands to two consecutive nights, featuring a lineup that blends rap, techno, and electronic music. Friday's bill includes Kerchak, Antes, Madzes, Gris Anthracite, and Redbirdket, followed by a three-hour techno closing set; Saturday is headlined by Oboy, supported by emerging and local artists. A free afternoon event with an activity village will also be held on Saturday.

Wingrow Festival 2026: two evenings of rap and techno
The festival will be held on Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Parc des Promenades in Saint-Brieuc, with the theme «Open your eyes, grow together». The program blends rap, R&B, and electronic music, giving prominence to local and Breton artists.
Headliners
Among the artists announced for this edition: Kerchak and Redbirdket on Friday, September 11, Oboy on Saturday, September 12.
A free mini-village during the day
On Saturday, September 12 afternoon, the festival offers a completely free time for families and children, with a mini-village of activities and exhibitors open from 11 AM to 5 PM, before the evening concerts.
