One of the oldest trails in France in the heart of the Vercors massif since 1994
Les Drayes du Vercors are one of the very first trails created in France. Founded in 1994 by Daniel Gaulupeau in La Chapelle-en-Vercors, this sporting event offers four races from 12 to 55 km through the spectacular landscapes of the Vercors massif: impenetrable forests, steep climbs, challenging descents, and unforgettable panoramas. With nearly 1,000 participants each year, Les Drayes du Vercors is a must-attend event for trail running in Drôme, in a family-friendly and friendly atmosphere that is the signature of this historic event.

The routes of Les Drayes du Vercors cross landscapes of striking beauty: deep forests of beech and fir trees, vertiginous limestone cliffs, high-altitude meadows, enclosed gorges, and panoramic viewpoints over the Alps and the Rhône valley. The routes are designed by experienced local trail runners who know the massif intimately and select the most beautiful itineraries, often accessible only on foot.
