A Summer Musical Event in the Heart of Sens

Every summer, the City of Sens organizes a series of free aperitif concerts at the Parc du Moulin-à-Tan, a green oasis located on the edge of the city center. This series of open-air concerts, part of the « Bel été à Sens » program, sets the rhythm for Wednesday evenings from late June to late August.

The principle is simple: every week, a band or artist takes over the park from 6:30 PM for a free concert accessible to everyone. Musical genres vary from week to week — French chanson, jazz, gypsy swing, reggae, Creole music, pop, or even DJ sets — offering an eclectic program that reflects the diversity of the regional and national music scene.

The Parc du Moulin-à-Tan, an Exceptional Setting

The Parc du Moulin-à-Tan is one of Sens' emblematic green spaces. With its rose garden, arboretum, and vast lawns, it offers an ideal bucolic setting for open-air musical evenings. Spectators are invited to bring their picnic and settle freely on the grass to enjoy the concert.

The aperitif concerts are part of the summer season « Bel été à Sens », an ambitious cultural program led by the City that offers more than 300 events from May to September: concerts, street shows, festivals, exhibitions, and activities for all audiences.
