Flower and plant festival in one of France's Most Beautiful Villages
Every second weekend of May, the village of Saint-Jean-de-Côle, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, transforms into a vast open-air garden to host its famous Floralies. Since 1982, this event has been organized by a volunteer association from the village.
About sixty exhibitors - nurserymen, horticulturists, and artisans - present their products in the village streets, in the vaulted rooms of the Château de la Marthonie, and in the 12th-century church. You can find flowers, perennial plants, vegetable plants, shrubs, roses, and garden decoration items. Exhibitors offer advice on how to choose and care for plants.
The Floralies attract thousands of visitors each year and have become a must-attend event for garden enthusiasts in Dordogne and beyond. Pastry, sandwich, and drink stands complement the offerings.
Les Floralies de Saint-Jean-de-Côle return on May 9th and 10th, 2026, for a new edition in this village classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France. About sixty exhibitors will present flowers, plants, and artisanal creations in the streets, the Château de la Marthonie, and the church. Program and details to be confirmed.

Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm, on the second weekend of May.
