Jardins en Fête — edition 2026
Every Sunday in August, the Jardins du Duc Jean de Berry, at the foot of Charles VII Castle in Mehun-sur-Yèvre, host the free concerts of Jardins en Fête. In this exceptional green setting in the heart of the medieval city, the Town of Mehun-sur-Yèvre offers an eclectic and quality musical program, outdoors, for the whole family.
« Les Jardins en Fête » is an unmissable summer event in Mehun-sur-Yèvre (Cher, 18). Every Sunday in August, at 5 PM, the Jardins du Duc Jean de Berry (rue des Grands Moulins), located at the foot of the castle and its medieval towers, transform into an open-air stage for free concerts.
The program, varied from one Sunday to the next, features diverse musical styles (folk, classical music, harmonies, acoustic formations…), in a friendly and family atmosphere. Access is free and open, without reservation.
For the 2026 edition, concerts will be held on Sundays, August 2, 9, 16, and 23, 2026 at 5 PM. The detailed program by date is not yet finalized as of the verification date; it is communicated by the Town of Mehun-sur-Yèvre throughout the season. Artists wishing to propose a concert can contact the Town's culture-tourism-animation department.
