About Music Festival in Vallauris
Every June 21, Vallauris Golfe-Juan celebrates the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival) at its two main locations: Place de la Libération, in the heart of Vallauris, and the Golfe-Juan seafront. Organized by the municipality, the evening is entirely free and combines open-air concerts, musical entertainment, and festive bar and restaurant terraces.
The Fête de la Musique in Vallauris
As everywhere in France since 1982, the Fête de la Musique transforms the town of Vallauris Golfe-Juan into an open-air stage every June 21. Music freely takes over public spaces, from early evening until late at night, in a friendly atmosphere typical of the French Riviera.
Two Festive Hubs: Vallauris and Golfe-Juan
Usually, the celebration unfolds across two sites. In Vallauris, Place de la Libération hosts open-air concerts and musical entertainment in the town center, while surrounding bars and restaurants participate in the evening with terrace concerts. In Golfe-Juan, the entertainment continues along the seafront, along Boulevard des Frères Roustan, in a summer atmosphere.
