The rock, electro and pop festival at the Fort de Tourneville in Le Havre
The Ouest Park adventure began in 2004 on the initiative of the association Papa's Production, with the aim of creating a contemporary music festival in Le Havre. After five initial editions held in Harfleur, the festival moved in 2009 to the Fort de Tourneville, a former military site perched on the heights of Le Havre. This emblematic location, rehabilitated to become a cultural space open to all, offers the festival a unique setting: six hectares of greenery surrounded by ramparts, where the Tetris (contemporary music venue) and the CEM (Center for Musical Expressions) coexist.
Ouest Park stands out for its ability to offer a bold and eclectic program across four stages, two of which are outdoors and two indoors. The festival blends genres with a preference for rock, electro, pop, and hip-hop, while also making ample room for discoveries and emerging artists. Over the years, the fort has hosted artists such as Étienne de Crécy, Myd, Deluxe, Jok'Air, and many others, confirming the festival's reputation as a talent scout.
The Fort de Tourneville is more than just a concert venue: it is a true cultural district undergoing transformation. Built in the 19th century for the defense of the port of Le Havre, this disused military site has been gradually transformed into a hub dedicated to contemporary music and creation. The Tetris, a concert hall and artistic residency space, has been located there since 2013, making the fort a vibrant place all year round. During Ouest Park, the entire site comes alive, offering festival-goers an immersive experience with concerts, DJ sets, art installations, and food stalls.
Ouest Park embodies the spirit of the Le Havre cultural scene: bold, collective, and rooted in its territory. The festival is the result of an associative venture that mobilizes dozens of volunteers and relies on a network of local partners. Each edition is an invitation to discover the musical richness of a city in full cultural effervescence, in a setting that is both intimate and spectacular, attracting an ever-larger audience.
Ouest Park returns on Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17, 2026, to Fort de Tourneville, on the heights of Le Havre, for a new edition presented by Le Tetris. The program includes: two evenings of contemporary music mixing rock, electro, pop, hip-hop, and French chanson, with a first wave of names already unveiled (Babyshambles, Médine, Kery James, Fishbach, Suzane, Acid Arab, Daniel Avery…) and a second part of the lineup to be announced in the coming weeks.
For its 2026 edition, the Ouest Park festival once again takes over the six hectares of Fort de Tourneville in Le Havre on Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17, 2026. Organized by Le Tetris, Le Havre's contemporary music venue, the festival features four stages (two outdoor, two indoor at Le Tetris and CEM) on a military site rehabilitated into a cultural district.
The 2026 lineup confirms the festival's eclectic spirit, balancing headliners and discoveries: the return of Babyshambles, Le Havre rapper Médine, Kery James, Fishbach, Suzane, electro sets by Acid Arab, Daniel Avery, and Jen Cardini, as well as emerging artists such as Sam Sauvage, BCUC, Hypnosis Therapy, Juste Shani, Dick Voodoo, and Kaddy And The Keys. Part of the lineup will be completed in the weeks leading up to the festival.
