There is no edition scheduled in 2026 for this event. This page remains accessible to archive the history of the manifestation and will be updated if a new edition is announced.
ℹ️ Festival discontinued. The Palmarosa Festival, an eco-responsible indie-pop-rock event organized at the Domaine de Grammont in Montpellier (Hérault), held its last edition in 2024. The 2025 edition was canceled in March 2025 and no new edition has been announced since.
During its few years of existence, the festival welcomed headliners from the international and French pop-rock scene to the Grammont site, including Phoenix, Gossip, Tom Odell, and The Vaccines, over three days in late August.
ℹ️ Festival discontinued — last edition in 2024. The Palmarosa Festival is no longer held. Its 2025 edition was canceled on March 5, 2025, and no edition has been scheduled since.
The Palmarosa Festival was a contemporary music festival with an indie-pop-rock focus, organized every summer at the Domaine de Grammont, east of Montpellier. An independent and eco-responsible festival, it offered a three-day program in late August mixing international artists and the French scene, with particular attention paid to public comfort and environmental initiatives.
Over its editions (until 2024), it brought together artists such as Phoenix, Gossip, Tom Odell, and The Vaccines, and had established itself as one of the major musical events of the late Montpellier summer.
On March 5, 2025, the organizers announced the cancellation of the 2025 edition. The reason: significant financial difficulties. The 2024 edition had only gathered approximately 12,500 entries over three days, far from the break-even point, leaving a deficit of around €420,000 which added to the debts of previous editions. The limited capacity imposed on the Grammont site and the lack of sufficient public and private partnerships (independent, unsubsidized model) made the economic model untenable despite a reduction in prices.
The organizers left the door open for a possible return ("See you soon perhaps?"), without however announcing a new edition to date.
ℹ️ 2026 edition not scheduled — festival on hold. No 2026 edition of the Palmarosa Festival has been announced. The 2025 edition had already been cancelled in March 2025 due to financial difficulties, after a last edition held in 2024 at the Domaine de Grammont in Montpellier.
ℹ️ No 2026 edition. The Palmarosa Festival has not been held since 2024. The 2025 edition was cancelled on March 5, 2025, due to financial difficulties (a deficit of approximately €420,000 after the 2024 edition, limited capacity at Grammont, lack of sufficient partnerships) and no edition has been rescheduled since. The organizers hinted at a possible return ("See you soon perhaps?") but nothing has been confirmed as of our verification date (June 2026).
