The 32nd edition of the Plateforme Danse festival takes place in Bastia (Haute-Corse) from May 24 to June 3, 2026, on the theme «Heritage and Modernity». This contemporary dance festival is organized by Cie / Collectif Art Mouv'/Zone Libre in partnership with the City of Bastia.
For its 32nd edition, from May 24 to June 3, 2026, the Plateforme Danse festival takes over Bastia around the theme «Heritage and Modernity». Organized by the Collectif Art Mouv'/Zone Libre with the City of Bastia and the support of the Collectivité de Corse, this contemporary dance event fosters dialogue between emerging island creation, the international scene, and Mediterranean cultures.
The proposals unfold in several locations throughout the city: the Municipal Theater, the Bastia Museum, the Una Volta Cultural Center, as well as in public spaces (Place Saint-Nicolas).
This edition combines shows, sound and visual installations, participatory performances, masterclasses, and a round table, in continuity with previous editions («Hors champ» in 2025, «Horizons in situ» in 2024).
