A trail in the heart of the Ardrée golf course

The Rocanto'Trail takes place every year in April at the Golf d'Ardrée Bluegreen, in Saint-Antoine-du-Rocher, a few kilometers north of Tours. The entire golf course domain is made available for the event, offering runners a green and hilly setting between fairways, undergrowth, and rural paths. Created in 2021, the trail has quickly found its audience and attracts an increasing number of participants each year.

Four race formats for all levels

The Rocanto'Trail offers a range of races suitable for all profiles:

  • The 21 km (250 m D+): the main event, starting at 9:00 AM, for experienced trail runners who want to tackle a technical and hilly course.
  • The 14 km (150 m D+): starting at 9:15 AM, an intermediate course ideal for regular runners.
  • The 7 km (70 m D+): starting at 9:45 AM, a race accessible to beginners and runners who want to discover trail running.
  • The children's race: at 11:00 AM, adapted courses to introduce the youngest to nature running.

A strong solidarity commitment

The Rocanto'Trail stands out for its solidarity commitment. The event is sponsored by Sébastien Barc, a Paralympic multi-medalist, who embodies the values of self-transcendence and inclusion promoted by the trail. Each participant contributes one euro to the Adel Centre association, which works to support people with disabilities. This solidarity dimension makes the Rocanto'Trail much more than just a race: a true human and sporting project.

A friendly event in nature

Beyond the races, the Rocanto'Trail is a moment of friendliness and sharing. The trail village welcomes participants and their companions with refreshment stands, entertainment, and a catering area. The routes cross varied landscapes between the golf course, forest paths, and rural trails of the commune of Saint-Antoine-du-Rocher, offering total immersion in nature close to Tours.
