26th Edition — November 27 to 29, 2026
The Saveurs & Terroirs Show returns for its 26th edition from Friday, November 27 to Sunday, November 29, 2026 at the Savoiexpo exhibition center in Chambéry. The most important and gourmet festive show in the Alps, it brings together more than 220 exhibitors each year: approximately 150 farm producers, winemakers, cheesemakers, charcutiers, chocolatiers, and food artisans for Saveurs & Terroirs, and over 70 creators for the Crafts and Art Trades Show (SMAD) which is coupled with it.
Visitors wander among the stands to discover, taste, and buy exceptional products — Savoie PDO cheeses, cured meats, Savoie hillside wines, mountain honeys, truffles, spices, chocolates, and pastries — in an atmosphere reminiscent of an early Christmas market.

Saveurs & Terroirs: The essential meeting place for Alpine gastronomy
For a quarter of a century, the Salon Saveurs & Terroirs has established itself as the largest gastronomic event in the Alps. Organized every year in November at the Savoiexpo exhibition center in Chambéry, this fair brings together over 200 exhibitors — farmers, food artisans, winemakers, cheesemakers, charcuterie makers, chocolatiers, and culinary creators — from Savoie, the Alpine arc, and all over France.
Across 9,500 m² of exhibition space, visitors wander among the stands to discover, taste, and buy exceptional products: AOP Savoie cheeses, artisanal charcuterie, wines from the Savoyard hillsides, mountain honey, jams, pastries, and many other specialties. It's a true taste journey through the heart of Alpine terroirs.
The Craft and Fine Arts Fair
For several years, Saveurs & Terroirs has been coupled with the Craft and Fine Arts Fair, creating a dual event that celebrates both gastronomy and artisanal know-how. Potters, cutlers, cabinetmakers, textile designers, glassblowers, and many other fine artisans exhibit their creations alongside food producers, offering a complete experience to visitors.
The "Eh Toques!": Chefs in demonstration
One of the highlights of the fair is the "Eh Toques!" program, which features chefs in live culinary demonstrations. Visitors watch the preparation of recipes highlighting products from Alpine terroirs, with the opportunity to ask questions and taste the creations. It's a moment of sharing and transmission that embodies the spirit of the fair.
A family and festive event
The Salon Saveurs & Terroirs is designed to welcome all audiences. A dedicated space for children offers fun culinary workshops led by the Chamber of Trades and Crafts (CMA). Two festive evenings punctuate the weekend, with musical entertainment and evening tastings in a friendly atmosphere. The eight catering areas spread throughout the fair allow visitors to eat on-site with dishes prepared by the exhibitors.
A responsible commitment
The organizer Savoiexpo is certified ISO 20121 for responsible event management, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable development and social responsibility. The fair promotes short supply chains, local production, and environmentally friendly practices.
