About Toques en Chablais

Every autumn, Toques en Chablais brings together chefs, artisans, and producers from the Chablais region in Thonon-les-Bains to celebrate fine dining. Organized by the Destination Thonon tourist office at the Parc du Belvédère overlooking Lake Geneva, the festival features a packed schedule of cooking workshops, the 'Challenge des Mains d'Or' pastry competition, a local producers' market, and the unique 'Dinner in the Sky' experience. Each edition highlights a specific country or ingredient, inspiring the culinary creations on display.

Toques en Chablais — edition 2026

The 2026 edition will take place from October 2nd to 4th at the Parc du Belvédère, right on the shores of Lake Geneva. As always, the event brings together local chefs, artisans, and producers to celebrate gastronomy, featuring cooking workshops, a farmers' market, and the unique Dinner in the Sky experience.
