UNIQUES Festival: Equal opportunities celebrated in Romorantin

The UNIQUES Festival is a national event created by Diversidays in partnership with France Travail, which turns equal opportunities into a popular celebration accessible to all. After its first editions at the Olympia in Paris in 2021 and at the Parc Floral in 2025, the festival is being rolled out in several French cities, including Romorantin-Lanthenay in Sologne.

A space for action and encounters

The UNIQUES Festival is more than just a fair or a conference. It is a space for action, exchange, and reflection that brings together committed personalities, employment professionals, entrepreneurs, associations, and citizens around the major themes of inclusion: employment and professional retraining, housing, mental and physical health, technologies and artificial intelligence, career guidance, education, and ecological transition.

Romorantin-Lanthenay participates in this dynamic by hosting a local version adapted to the challenges and stakeholders of the Sologne region.
