Z51 Fest

A new festival in the heart of Alsace

Z51 Fest, created in 2025 by the Zone51 association, is part of the rich musical programming tradition of this Sélestat-based organization. After the success of Summer Vibration and Rock Your Brain Fest, Zone51 is launching a new summer event distinguished by its eclectic programming and its intimate format, limited to only 2,000 places.

Four days, four atmospheres

The unique feature of Z51 Fest lies in its programming structured around four themed evenings, each dedicated to a distinct musical universe:

• Rock Chanson Evening: artists like Les Fatals Picards, Zoufris Maracas, and Frères 2 Misère animated the first evening of the inaugural edition.
• Metal, Folk, and Pagan Evening: with headliners like Feuerschwanz, Primordial, and Saor, for a powerful and epic atmosphere.
• Reggae and Dub Evening: Yaniss Odua, Taïro, Volodia, and Clinton Fearon made the Tanzmatten vibrate to Jamaican rhythms.
• Punk Rock and Hardcore Evening: The Rumjacks, Johnny Mafia, and Moscow Death Brigade for an explosive closing.

Tanzmatten: a setting for music

The festival takes place at Tanzmatten, a cultural and sports complex in Sélestat located on the banks of the Ill river. This versatile space offers an ideal setting for a human-scale festival, with covered concert halls and green outdoor areas. The atmosphere is that of a musical summer camp, where the proximity between artists and the audience creates unique moments of sharing.

True to Zone51's values, Z51 Fest emphasizes solidarity, eco-responsibility, and living together. The festival favors short supply chains for catering, limits its capacity to reduce its environmental impact, and offers accessible prices to remain open to as many people as possible.
