2026 edition of 31 Notes d'Été, the free summer festival of the Conseil départemental de la Haute-Garonne. From August 1st to 29th, 2026, nearly 150 events (concerts, shows, and visits) are offered free of charge throughout the department, from Toulouse to the communes of Lauragais, Comminges, and Volvestre.
From August 1st to 29th, 2026, the 31 Notes d'Été festival takes over the entire Haute-Garonne with an entirely free program supported by the Conseil départemental. Each summer, the event gathers nearly 60,000 spectators around a varied cultural offering deployed « together and everywhere in Haute-Garonne ».
The 2026 edition brings together approximately 150 events: about fifty shows and concerts by local artists (classical music, jazz, world music, chanson, rock, contemporary and traditional dance, circus, street arts, theater, magic…), 90 daytime tourist, cultural, and heritage visits, as well as 9 exhibitions. Heritage sites like the château de Laréole host part of this program.
The festival is part of an eco-responsible approach (waste reduction, use of local products, limitation of transport impact, respect for host sites). The detailed 2026 program, day by day and commune by commune, is published by the Conseil départemental and the Comité Départemental du Tourisme de la Haute-Garonne as summer approaches.
