A rural festival in the heart of Argonne

Au Pré de mon Âne is a music festival that takes place every summer in the bucolic setting of Èvres-en-Argonne, a small village in the Meuse region nestled in the heart of the Argonne forest massif. Created by the association Ânes Art'gonne, this human-sized festival combines music, nature, and conviviality in an eco-responsible and festive spirit.

An eclectic program

The festival offers a rich and varied musical program that embraces many genres: reggae, pop, rock, rap, slam, French chanson, and acoustic swing. This musical diversity reflects the open-mindedness of the organizers and their desire to offer a complete musical journey to their audience. Among the artists who have graced the festival's stage are Broussaï, recognized as one of the major reggae bands in France, as well as artists like Morik and Val-Jean.

An eco-responsible commitment

Au Pré de mon Âne stands out for its environmental commitment. The association Ânes Art'gonne integrates an eco-responsible approach into the organization of the festival: waste management, short supply chains for catering, and raising public awareness of ecological issues. The natural setting of Argonne reinforces this environmental dimension and invites festival-goers to a respectful relationship with nature.

The Ânes Art'gonne Cultural Space

The festival is held at the Espace culturel Ânes Art'gonne, chemin de Brouenne in Èvres-en-Argonne. This open-air venue, developed by the association, offers a green and intimate setting for concerts. The stage is set up in a meadow, surrounded by nature, creating a unique atmosphere where music blends with the sounds of the countryside.

An unmissable summer event

For over a decade, Au Pré de mon Âne has become an unmissable summer event for music and nature lovers in the Meuse region and neighboring departments. The festival, traditionally held on a weekend in August, attracts a loyal and friendly audience, captivated by the quality of the programming, the beauty of the setting, and the convivial atmosphere.

Au Pré de mon Âne — edition 2026

The Au Pré de mon Âne festival returns in August 2026 to Èvres-en-Argonne for a new edition of open-air music in a rural and eco-responsible setting.
