Bastia Ville Digitale is the major event in the digital sector in Corsica. Created in 2011 on the initiative of the ÉMAHO association, it takes the form of a major digital week for all, in Bastia (Haute-Corse), generally scheduled in October. Over the editions, the event has established itself as an unmissable meeting combining culture, digital arts, mediation, economy, and awareness of digital issues.
Bastia Ville Digitale offers each autumn a week of free activities open to all around digital technology: discovery and creation workshops, conferences and round tables, public days dedicated to digital sobriety, awareness actions for young people (critical thinking, responsible uses), professional meetings, hackathons and festive evenings. The event brings together actors from the economy, research, art and culture to introduce the creative possibilities of digital technology to the widest possible audience.
The 2026 edition (16th edition) has not yet been officially announced regarding dates at the time of verification. Historically, the event is held in October (13th edition: October 16-21, 2023; 14th edition: October 2024; 15th edition: October 11-18, 2025) and not in August.
