About Belvès Bach Festival
The Festival Bach de Belvès is a music festival held every summer in Belvès, Périgord Noir, in one of the most beautiful villages in France. Established in 1980, the festival features a series of concerts centered on the works of Johann Sebastian Bach, performed on the organ, by baroque ensembles, or chamber groups, alongside pieces by composers from all eras who have been influenced by the Kapellmeister in one way or another.
Admission to all concerts is free.

The Festival Bach de Belvès is organized every summer by the Amis de l'Orgue de Belvès association. Concerts take place at the Notre-Dame de l'Assomption church in Belvès at 9:00 PM and are free to attend.
Bach at the heart of Périgord Noir
The Festival Bach de Belvès is one of the premier musical events in the Périgord Noir region. Since 1980, it has celebrated the work of Johann Sebastian Bach, his contemporaries, and his musical heirs within the church of Belvès.
A program blending tradition and discovery
The festival features four exceptional concerts. The program intentionally combines a free opening concert designed to introduce the general public to classical music with a series of performances by guest artists and ensembles.

The festival hosts prestigious groups such as the Ensemble Baroque de Toulouse, brass quintets, and acclaimed organ soloists, delivering high-caliber performances within the remarkable acoustics of Notre-Dame de Belvès.
