About Birbizis Festival
The Birbizis Festival brings together performances, concerts, workshops, and exhibitions for a weekend, with a pay-what-you-want entry policy so everyone can choose their own contribution. Organized by the Quo Faï Pas de Mau association, the festival moves to a different town each year, and for its fourth edition, it is setting up in Saint-Priest-Ligoure, in Haute-Vienne.
The program blends performing arts with amateur practices: puppets, storytelling, screen printing, folk dancing, and activities for all ages take place throughout the weekend, in collaboration with local organizations, including the village library and the community grocery store.
