About Les Granités
Les Granités — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of Les Granités will offer a new season of free live performances at the heritage sites of Haute-Corrèze, from June 1st to October 30th, 2026. Theatre, dance, music, circus, storytelling, and street arts for all audiences, in a dozen different locations.
Les Granités 2026
For its new summer and autumn season, Les Granités return from June 1st to October 30th, 2026 with a program of free live performances spread across the entire territory of Haute-Corrèze. The initiative is organized by Haute-Corrèze Communauté through its Social and Cultural Animation Centre.
A Dozen Shows at Remarkable Heritage Sites
As every year, a dozen different sites will host a live performance: Romanesque churches, castles, village squares, natural sites, archaeological locations. The choice of venues is made with a concern for distribution across the entire intercommunal territory, in conjunction with local actors and heritage enhancement projects.
A Diversity of Artistic Forms
The 2026 program will combine theatre, storytelling, readings, circus, concerts, and street arts, in various formats (small and large capacity, wanderings, immersive forms). Each show is designed to resonate with the site that hosts it, thus offering an experience that is both artistic and patrimonial.
Artist Selection
The call for expressions of interest 2026 was launched at the end of 2025 and closed on January 18th, 2026. Selected artists and collectives were contacted in spring 2026 to finalize the program. The detailed list of shows, dates, and venues will be published by Haute-Corrèze Communauté in spring 2026, and relayed by the Haute-Corrèze Tourist Office.
Free Admission and Accessibility
All shows are free and accessible to all audiences, with particular attention paid to families, young audiences, and residents of medico-social establishments.

Live Performance on Heritage Sites
Les Granités is a unique summer cultural program in Haute-Corrèze. Organized by Haute-Corrèze Communauté in collaboration with local cultural actors, this initiative offers free live performances on the territory's heritage sites.
The approach is simple yet ambitious: to create a dialogue between architectural heritage (Romanesque churches, castles, village squares) and contemporary creation (theater, dance, music, circus, storytelling). Each performance is designed to resonate with the venue, creating an immersive and poetic experience.
A Diversity of Artistic Forms
Les Granités presents a wide variety of disciplines: theater, dance, music, circus, storytelling, and street arts. Performances vary in scale and format, adapting to the venues and audiences.
The program pays special attention to the young audience with specific performances for leisure centers and medico-social institutions, totaling about ten shows dedicated to children and teenagers.
Living and Accessible Heritage
The principle of Les Granités is to bring heritage to life while remaining anchored in the present. Historic sites become places of creation and meeting, open to all audiences, whether residents or visitors.
Performances are free and accessible to all, mainly in rural areas. This freeness ensures cultural democratization, allowing everyone to discover various artistic forms in an exceptional setting.
The program is multidisciplinary and spans several summer weeks, taking place in different villages and sites in Haute-Corrèze.
