A performing arts festival in a rural setting
Since 2002, the BriKaBrak Festival transforms the small town of Le Bugue into a vast artistic playground every Pentecost. Organized by the association Point Org, this festival has become a must-attend event for performing arts in Périgord Noir.
A varied and eclectic program
The festival offers about thirty performances mixing circus, theater, puppetry, dance, music, and street arts. The shows take place in various locations in the village: under a big top, in the streets, in the squares, and in the parks. The program is aimed at all audiences, from toddlers to adults.
A commitment to youth and the region
During the week, the festival welcomes over 1,300 children from schools, nurseries, and leisure centers for dedicated shows. The weekend is open to the general public with continuous performances. BriKaBrak is a true cultural oasis in a rural setting, bringing performing arts to life in a region far from major cities.
