Multidisciplinary festival of theatre and performing arts at La Gare Mondiale de Bergerac
Created in 2001 by Melkior Théâtre, the [TrafiK]* Festival is an annual event for performing arts and contemporary theatre in Bergerac. Located at La Gare Mondiale, a former train station converted into a cultural venue, the festival explores a unifying theme each year through theatrical creations, performances, concerts, and screenings.
The festival brings together local, national, and international artists in a bold and eclectic program. Performances take place at La Gare Mondiale, the Auditorium — Espace François Mitterrand, the Centre Culturel Michel Manet, and other venues in Bergerac and its surrounding area.
TrafiK places great importance on transmission with the Living Newspaper of [TrafiK]*, a performance that brings together a group of young people revisiting the festival's shows. The festival also offers opportunities for meetings, debates, and reflections on performing arts.
The [TrafiK]* Festival will return in Autumn 2026 to La Gare Mondiale in Bergerac. Program details available at www.melkiortheatrelagaremondiale.com.
The festival takes place mainly at La Gare Mondiale, Bergerac (24100), as well as in various locations in the city and its surrounding area.
Prices vary depending on the shows. Some evenings are free. Consult the program on the official website.
