The Chaumont Organic Fair is the premier event dedicated to organic agriculture in the Haute-Marne region. Organized by the Groupement des Agrobiologistes de Haute-Marne (GAB 52), this event brings together producers, consumers, and local stakeholders to celebrate the region's organic heritage.

The fair features around 50 exhibitors from Haute-Marne, the Grand Est region, and neighboring areas. Visitors can discover a wide variety of organic products:

• Honey and hive products harvested from the Haute-Marne countryside

An Iconic Venue: Edgard Pisani High School

The fair takes place at the Edgard Pisani Agricultural High School in Chamarandes-Choignes, right at the gates of Chaumont. This setting is particularly fitting, as the school trains the next generation of farmers and manages its own educational farm.
