The international film festival for ecological and social transition
Since 2012, the Deauville Green Awards have been selecting and rewarding the best advertising, institutional, and documentary films dealing with ecological and social transition. The festival offers unique visibility to producers, advertisers, and talents committed to environmental and societal awareness.
Each year, nearly 500 films from around the world compete in several categories: advertising spots, institutional films, documentaries, fiction. Among the 100 finalists, the works are screened and presented by their teams before a prestigious jury of audiovisual and sustainable development professionals.
The festival also includes the Young Creative Awards, a competition for under-25s, and the Fiction For Tomorrow competition, dedicated to committed fiction.
Beyond the competition, the Deauville Green Awards offer masterclasses, workshops on eco-production, responsible communication, and new transition narratives. The event brings together around 400 professionals and key players in the sector each year.
The 15th edition of the Deauville Green Awards will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 at the Fondation GoodPlanet, in Paris, in the form of a professional day dedicated to audiovisual content committed to ecological and social transition. Nearly 500 international films compete and 400 professionals are expected for screenings, masterclasses, workshops, pitch sessions, and the awards ceremony.
For their 15th edition, the Deauville Green Awards will take over the Fondation GoodPlanet, in the Domaine de Longchamp in Paris, on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. This year, the festival focuses its highlight on a professional day bringing together stakeholders in committed audiovisual content: producers, directors, advertisers, broadcasters, agencies, NGOs, institutions, and actors of the ecological and social transition.
Nearly 500 films from around the world compete in the SPOT (advertising films), INFO (corporate films), and DOCU (documentaries) competitions, as well as in the thematic competitions Fiction For Tomorrow (committed fiction) and Young Creative Awards (creators under 25). An international jury of over 80 experts awards Gold and Silver Totems as well as three Grand Prizes.
The 8th edition of the Pitch Session #Film4Change, organized in partnership with Ushuaïa TV (TF1 Group), gives project leaders the opportunity to present their films in development to national broadcasters (TF1, France TV, TV5 Monde). Application deadline: May 20, 2026, finalists announced on May 26, 2026.
The day concludes with the awards ceremony followed by an anniversary evening starting at 9 PM, celebrating the festival's 15th anniversary.
