D'la Scène à la Rue

Street arts in an exceptional village

Every last weekend of July, the village of Saint-Jean-de-Côle, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, hosts the festival D'la Scène à la Rue. Created in 2019 by the associations Troubad'occ (organizers of Musicole) and Les Bel'mines, this festival combines street arts, concerts, and participatory workshops.

Performances and concerts

In the afternoon (2 PM-6 PM), performances of storytelling, object theater, dance, juggling, mime, and talks take place in the streets and squares of the village. In the evening (7 PM-2 AM), concerts take over with an eclectic program: rock, cumbia, French chanson, electro hip-hop.

Participatory workshops and conviviality

Participatory workshops are offered throughout the day: bread making, introduction to object theater, writing workshops, artisanal beer brewing, and board games. An evening banquet (by reservation) completes the offerings in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
