Fest'Hiver Divers is a multidisciplinary festival that takes place every winter in La Tour-sur-Tinée, a small mountain village located in the Tinée valley, north of Nice. Described as "small, eclectic, ethical, and unclassifiable," this festival was born from the desire to liven up the cultural life of the villages in the Nice hinterland during the winter season, a period when cultural activities are rarer in these rural mountain areas.

A multidisciplinary and committed program

The Fest'Hiver Divers program mixes live music, theater, street arts, storytelling, screenings, and debates with a resolutely multidisciplinary approach.
