61 Degrés: a young and bold festival in Normandy
Born in 2023, Festival 61 Degrés is the newest festival in the Orne region, but it is quickly establishing itself as an unmissable summer event in Bagnoles-de-l'Orne Normandie. Located in the heart of the orchards of the Bagnoles de Pom' cidery, the festival offers a full day of music, art, and conviviality in a unique rural setting.
An eclectic and accessible program
Festival 61 Degrés features about ten artists and groups on two stages, mixing rock, electro, French chanson, dub, and festive music. The program is open to all musical tastes, with a skillful blend of discoveries and sure bets. The 2025 edition notably featured Chien Méchant, Radio Byzance, Bonne Nuit, No Sex Last Night, Mona Guba, Lylice, Jean Paul Dub, and Studio 4.
A festival from morning till night
The festivities begin at 2 PM with artistic exhibitions, giant games, and challenges to share with friends and family, and continue until 4 AM with the last musical sets. This format makes it a complete event where everyone can find something to enjoy, from families looking for activities in the afternoon to night owls who love music.
A free and friendly spirit
61 Degrés champions a free, fun, and sincere spirit. The festival is neither elitist nor formatted, but offers an authentic and warm experience amidst the Norman apple trees. The catering highlights local products and regional drinks, especially the cider from the cidery hosting the event.
An exceptional rural setting
The choice to set up the festival within the orchards of Bagnoles de Pom' offers an enchanting natural setting, far from the usual concrete venues. The apple trees in summer, the Norman meadows, and the fresh air of the spa town of Bagnoles-de-l'Orne contribute to creating a unique and relaxed atmosphere that attracts an ever-growing audience with each edition.
