Art, environment, and territory festival in Bigorre
The Art'Terre Festival is an eco-citizen festival organized by students of the BTS Nature Management and Protection program at the Jean Monnet agricultural and forestry high school in Vic-en-Bigorre. Created in 2014, it combines art, environment, and territory through a program of conferences, workshops, exhibitions, open stages, and concerts. Each edition explores a theme related to ecology and living together.
The Festival Art'Terre is an eco-citizen event born in 2014 from the initiative of students from the BTS Nature Management and Protection program at the Jean Monnet agricultural and forestry high school in Vic-en-Bigorre. Each year, a new class of students designs and organizes the festival around a theme related to the environment and living together.
The festival offers a day of free activities:
Each edition addresses a different subject: "Reconnection with Nature" in 2024, "Solidarities" in 2025. The festival raises public awareness of environmental issues while offering a festive and friendly moment in partnership with the MJC, the municipality of Vic-en-Bigorre, and the community of communes.
The Festival Art'Terre 2026 will return with a new theme led by the students of the BTS GPN from the Jean Monnet high school. Program to be announced.
