The "Autour du Livre" Book Fair: The celebration of literature in Vic-en-Bigorre

Each year, at the end of September, the town of Vic-en-Bigorre hosts its Book Fair, organized by the association Au Tour du Livre. This free literary event transforms the Espace Claude Miqueu into a meeting place for passionate authors, publishers, and readers.

A rich program for all audiences

The fair brings together about fifty authors and publishers presenting their works in various genres: novels, children's literature, history, comics, and crime fiction. Visitors can interact directly with the authors, get autographs, and discover new releases.

Conferences and activities for young and adult audiences punctuate the day. Each edition is placed under the patronage of a personality from the literary world, offering a unique perspective on reading and cultural transmission.

An accessible event for everyone

Admission to the fair is completely free. The Espace Claude Miqueu, accessible to people with reduced mobility, offers a welcoming and spacious setting for this day dedicated to books and reading. The fair is open from 10 am to 6 pm, allowing everyone to take their time to browse the stands and meet the authors.
