Created in 2008, Les Rencontres des Arts Fous stands out for its alternative approach to jazz festivals. Rather than focusing on big headliners, the festival highlights projects to discover and innovative artists in limited-capacity venues that encourage interaction.
A Demanding Program
Each edition features a curated selection of jazz and creative music artists. Geoffrey Secco, Julien Lourau, Photons, and Sandra Nkaké are among the artists who have made their mark on recent editions. The festival explores the boundaries of jazz, electronic music, and improvised music.
