The biggest magic show in Europe
The Festival Mondial de la Magie is an internationally renowned traveling show that stops each year at the M.A.CH 36 in Déols, in the Indre region. Created in 1954 by the Lyon-based magician André Sanlaville and revived in 2022, this festival brings together the world's greatest magicians on the same stage, presenting a complete panorama of the art of illusion: grand illusions, comedy magic, mentalism, card manipulation, digital magic, and light magic. With over 300,000 spectators across Europe, the Festival Mondial de la Magie has established itself as the European benchmark for magic shows.
The Festival Mondial de la Magie was born in 1954 from the vision of André Sanlaville, a magician from Lyon who had the revolutionary idea of bringing together the world's greatest magicians on the same stage. For over thirty years, this festival was the world reference for magic, presented in more than fifteen countries. After a long interruption, the festival was revived in 2022 by two passionate producers, scrupulously respecting the original specifications of excellence and quality.
The show lasts about two hours and presents a complete panorama of all currents of illusionism: grand illusions and mega-illusions, comedy magic, mentalism, card manipulation, digital magic, and light magic. The artists, considered among the best in the world, come from major international productions such as "The Illusionists" and "America's Got Talent". The artistic direction is managed by Claude William.
The Festival Mondial de la Magie is a traveling show that performs in the largest venues in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
