The 12th edition of the Résurgence Festival will be held from July 16 to 19, 2026, in Lodève (Hérault). For four days, the city lives to the rhythm of live arts: street theater, circus, dance, music, and hybrid forms take over streets, squares, gardens, schoolyards, the cathedral, and the city's emblematic sites.
Résurgence Festival 2026 — 12th edition
The 12th edition of the Résurgence Festival, a live arts festival supported by the Communauté de communes Lodévois et Larzac, takes place from July 16 to 19, 2026, in Lodève (Hérault). The festival offers about thirty shows and concerts bringing together over a hundred artists from various disciplines: circus, theater, dance, music, and hybrid forms.
For four days, artists, companies, and audiences gather in the streets, squares, gardens, and emblematic sites of the city to share a program blending great festive and collective moments, more intimate forms, young audience proposals, and contemporary creations, on themes such as water, migration, and freedom. An "Off" program supported by local associations complements the event. The 2025 edition had gathered over 16,000 spectators.
