Sérénade Festival 2026 — 22nd edition
The 22nd edition of the Sérénade Festival will take place from August 6 to 8, 2026 in Surgères. As every year, the festival offers a very high-quality program entrusted to leading international musicians, in the enchanting setting of the Château park and the forecourt of Église Notre-Dame.
A program of excellence
The 2026 edition, under the artistic direction of violist Pierre Lenert, will feature the most beautiful pages of the chamber music repertoire, with works by Telemann, Vivaldi, Brahms, and Mozart. Pianist Etsuko Hirose will give a solo piano recital during the Friday evening concert. A concert dedicated to children is also offered on Friday afternoon, with excerpts from great works of the repertoire.
Free concerts
All concerts are free and open to all, outdoors. Information and reservations are available from the cultural department of Surgères town hall.
