About Fête de la Truffe d'Uzès
Every mid-January, the Truffle Weekend brings together producers and food lovers in Uzès (Gard) to celebrate the black diamond of the Pays d'Uzès. Organized since 1994 by the Comité de Promotion des Produits Agricoles d'Uzès, the event features three days of gourmet evenings and tastings, alongside a fresh truffle market on the Place aux Herbes, complete with truffle hunting demonstrations and a truffle mass at the Saint-Théodorit Cathedral.

The 32nd edition of the Uzès Truffle Weekend took place on January 16th, 17th, and 18th, 2026: featuring a winemaker’s evening with producers from the Duché d'Uzès, the "La Nuit de la Truffe" gala dinner by Michelin-starred chefs from the Gard, and a Sunday market on Place aux Herbes, followed by the traditional truffle mass at the Cathédrale Saint-Théodorit.
Organized by the Comité de Promotion des Produits Agricoles d'Uzès, the Truffle Weekend brought together producers and food lovers in Uzès (Gard) for its 32nd edition, from January 16th to 18th, 2026. The event spanned three days: a winemaker’s evening with the Duché d'Uzès appellation, cooking classes with Chef Nathan Henck, a "La Nuit de la Truffe" gala dinner prepared by Michelin-starred chefs from the Gard, a bodega evening under a marquee, and a Sunday market on Place aux Herbes featuring fresh truffles, hunting demonstrations with dogs and pigs, and a truffle mass followed by an auction of blessed truffles at the Cathédrale Saint-Théodorit.

Practical information — Fête de la Truffe d'Uzès
The weekend takes place in Uzès (30700, Gard): the Place aux Herbes hosts the market and activities, the Salle de l'Ombrière Pays d'Uzès hosts the gala evenings, and the Saint-Théodorit Cathedral hosts the truffle mass.
Reservations are required for most evening events and workshops; please contact the Comité de Promotion des Produits Agricoles d'Uzès ([email protected], 06 32 37 87 30) or the Uzès Pont du Gard tourist office (04 66 22 68 88). The Sunday truffle market and activities on the Place aux Herbes are free to attend.
