A festival at the heart of Camargue traditions
The Uzès votive festival, organized every year in early August by the Comité des Fêtes in partnership with the city's bullfighting club, celebrates the bullfighting traditions of Camargue. The usual program includes: abrivado and bandido in the streets, Camargue races and toros-piscine at the Arènes Jean-Clément, encierros, and manade demonstrations.
A festive and popular atmosphere
Beyond the bullfighting highlights, each edition of the votive festival offers pétanque and belote competitions, musette dances, concerts, meals, and convivial moments throughout the city, particularly around the Place aux Herbes and the boulevards of Uzès.
2026 Edition
