Foire aux Vins de Vitteaux

A wine fair in the heart of Auxois

The Foire aux Vins de Vitteaux is organized every year in May by the Union Commerciale, Industrielle et Artisanale (UCIA) of Vitteaux, a small medieval town located in Auxois, halfway between Dijon and Avallon. This event is a continuation of the Salon des vignobles de France, which traditionally took place over two days at the Gilbert Mathieu polyvalent space. Following renovation work on this hall, the fair is now held under a marquee in the municipal park.

Winemakers and producers from all over France

The Foire aux Vins brings together wine estates from Burgundy and various French regions, offering visitors the opportunity to taste and buy directly from producers. Among the exhibitors, you will find renowned Burgundian estates as well as winemakers from Alsace, Jura, and other terroirs. Musical entertainment and on-site catering complete the day.

Open from 10 am to 6 pm, the Foire aux Vins de Vitteaux is a moment of discovery and conviviality that attracts wine lovers from all over the department.
